Mmmm&#8230;. Betty Crocker for the 21st century.  Updated classic recipe for Blueberry Cobbler.  You would be proud biff - 100% vegan&#8230; yummmmm&#8230;  and the best part?  Coconut milk ice cream.  Seriously, try it.  I&#8217;m not a vegan, and I&#8217;d rate it way, way above regular vanilla icecream.

swear to god, there is a black bear in this photo.  it crossed the road only a few houses down from my place.  first time i&#8217;ve ever seen one around here.  i was actually tempted to get out and try to lure it closer for a better pic.  good thing for all those &#8220;mauled by wild animals&#8221; tv shows i&#8217;ve watched over the years.
